The property was set back off the highway. I felt safe and secure there. The hotel was beautiful on the outside and the lobby when you walk in it look like a lodge with the fireplace there it was beautiful. And the employees were friendly, helpful they were amazing in other words.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel and to my conference ground around RTP! This was such a relief to not have to worry about transport and to have fast reliable transportation by just calling or going to the front desk. The cookies!!! This was a great bonus! The hotel is conveniently located, and it is very clean, and comfortable. The staff were also welcoming annd friendly. Even the shuttle drivers were such sweet people. The WiFi was very fast; and that was very helpful since I was there for a business trip.

Very good breakfast buffet options, convenient location, close to the airport and RTP office buildings, helpful and smiling staff, great lobby bar area to hang out with friends/colleagues. I must admit that my experience at the hotel this time has been much better, compared to my January stay. Kudos to the hotel manager and his team for not only reviewing but also acting on guest feedback. Overall, I'd recommend staying at this hotel when visiting the Research Triangle area.

The lobby was warm and welcoming and had a bar and restaurant that were full of people and laughter so it must’ve been good. The staff was incredible friendly and helpful!

We really liked the location. It’s in a really good spot and the fact that they had a restaurant/bar was really nice too. Would be nice to sit in the pool too, but can’t do that yet. it was really inviting and the warm cookie at check in was great

Great location as it is close to the airport, beautiful hotel with a charming feel to it. There was a convention going on during my stay, so it was a bit noisy and hectic. Aside from that, we enjoyed it! also the daily fresh cookies they have at the reception are simply the best.

The front desk staff were very friendly and pleasant. They made our stay inviting. The front entrance of the building was very nice. My grandkids enjoyed the pool and the outdoor area was lovely!
